MAHWAH, New Jersey, November 10, 2009 – RAD Data Communications, Inc., the North American subsidiary of RAD Data Communications Ltd., has announced the release of software version 2.3 for its high-capacity Airmux-400 broadband wireless multiplexer. While still offering up to 50 Mbps full-duplex throughput of Ethernet and/or up to 16 T1s in a variety of unlicensed bands (plus the 4.9 Ghz public safety band), version 2.3 of the Airmux-400 includes a quartet of important new features: a new spectrum view tool, hub site synchronization (HSS) capabilities, support for monitored hot standby (MHS), and the option to select between Diversity and MIMO antenna modes.
