Wireless Providers to Receive Access to Cost-Effective Backhaul through New Partnership between Nitel and TowerSource

CHICAGO – Nitel, Inc., a single-source provider of telecommunications network services and nationwide virtual network operator, today announced a partnership with Colorado-based TowerSource, the largest and most accurate vertical asset marketplace. The two companies entered into a joint marketing agreement, which will leverage Nitel’s cost-effective backhaul connectivity to wireless towers with TowerSource’s extensive database of wireless sites across the country.

The TowerSource marketplace connects tower owners to those seeking to secure vertical real estate for co-location. The arrangement enables users of the TowerSource marketplace to source backhaul network connectivity from wireless towers in the 48 contiguous states to their terrestrial networks. Nitel uses the networks of over 100 carriers across the country to provide the best, most cost-effective option for its clients. more

Nitel reinvigorates channel strategy, hires David Zilch as Senior Director of Business Development
