Startupcamp Telephony @ITEXPO East in Miami Offers Funding Counsel, Access

Embrase Business Consulting will host “StartupCamp Telephony at ITEXPO”, a forum at which early stage communications companies, investors and on-lookers alike can share information and validate their respective business models in a live setting.

Comcast Corporation Settles Class Action Consumer Lawsuit Over Peer-to-Peer File Sharing Practices


SAN DIEGO, Dec. 21, 2009 — Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ:CMCSA) has agreed to settle a consumer class action that challenged the company’s practice of secretly blocking certain Internet traffic while claiming to provide unlimited Internet access. The lawsuit alleges that Comcast impaired the use of some “Peer-to-Peer” file sharing traffic (”P2P”) on Comcast’s High-Speed Internet network. Qwest Communications International Inc. Announces New $1.035 Billion Revolving Credit Facility


DENVER, Dec. 21, 2009 – Qwest Communications International Inc. (NYSE:Q) today announced that it has entered into a new revolving credit facility.
