Leading Companies Announce Enhancements to MSA Standard For Athermal Arrayed Waveguide Grating Modules

SAN DIEGO, Dec. 21, 2009 — Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ:CMCSA) has agreed to settle a consumer class action that challenged the company’s practice of secretly blocking certain Internet traffic while claiming to provide unlimited Internet access.
